Privacy policy.
Effective July 17, 2026
This policy covers exactly what this website does. Nothing more. If a common practice is not listed here, this site does not do it.
What we collect from the contact form
The contact form on this site collects the name, work email, company, and message you type into it. Those fields are stored in our database and used only to reply to your inquiry and to schedule a follow-up conversation. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer contact-form data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing lists or automated outreach.
Anonymous first-party usage events
We record a small set of anonymous events as you use the site. For example, which page you viewed, which demo office you switched to, or that you submitted a lead. These events include no name, email, IP address, cookie identifier, or device fingerprint, and they are stored in our own database. They exist so we can see which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
No cookies, no third-party trackers
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no session-replay tool, and no ad network on any page of this site.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as your inquiry is active and, after that, for our own recordkeeping until you ask us to delete them. Anonymous usage events are retained in aggregate; because they contain no identifier, they cannot be tied back to an individual.
Deletion requests
To have your contact-form submission deleted from our database, email privacy@signal115.dev from the address you used, and we will confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top.
